Tuesday night, Mayor Shirley Washington flipped the switch to kick-off the ‘Enchanted Land of Lights & Legends’ Christmas light display in Pine Bluff’s Regional Park.
Ned Perme of KATV Channel 7 was live, helping to usher in the 21 season of the largest drive-through light display in Arkansas.
After the official lighting, the crowd walked the 1.2-mile route, oohing-and-awwing at the spectacular showcase of Christmas wonder, sponsored by area businesses. The Pine Bluff Fire Department’s Christmas Fire Truck led the way with festive Christmas music.
The Enchanted Land of Lights & Legends will continue nightly from 6-9 p.m. until December 31. Admission is free, but donations are accepted at the end of the tour.
