February 27, The Arkansas Martin Luther King, Jr. Commision in partnership with the City of Pine Bluff will the 2018 Black History Month Celebration.
The event will showcase a youth art show, historical displays, music and historical re-enactments, at in the Pine Bluff Convention Center Auditorium. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the celebration will begin at at 6 p.m.
