ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Deputy Court Clerk enters all citations and dispositions of cases in computer, generates docket sheets and issues failure to appears. The Deputy Court Clerk suspends driver’s licenses, receives fine money and balances drawer daily. The Deputy Court Clerk also processes small claims and civil legal documents, files lawsuits and garnishment papers, sets trial dates and performs other related duties and required or assigned.

ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
High school diploma or GED and
1-6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
