Pet Adoptions
Purina Pets for People Program partners with Pine Bluff Animal
Services to offer adoption assistance, free of charge to qualified
citizens (age 60 and over).
The senior adoption program
provides the opportunity for senior citizens to adopt a pet for little
or no cost. The program covers the cost of adoption fees, product
information, coupons, and a pet care booklet.
Each qualifying senior shall
complete an adoption application, an Animal Service representative
will discuss the program requirements. The eligible senior must comply
with all adoption requirements. Once the senior meets the shelter's
normal adoption screening requirements, the senior may adopt a pet.
